Prepayment of 30% of the total cost is required in order to confirm a reservation. In any case advance prepayment cannot be less than 1 night's cost.
Guests should pay the rest of the total cost upon arrival
* For cancellations at least 22 days before the arrival are not charged with cancellation fees (possible bank transfer cost is charged to guests).
* For cancellations later than 21 days before the arrival, you will be charged with the whole amount or your prepayment (30% of total reservation). In case of non show, you will be charged with 50% of the total amount of your reservation.
* For cancellations during your stay you will be charged with half the value of the remaining days of your reservation, according to Greek Tourism Organization Law.
