Do I need a deposit or a payment in advance?

Yes, you must pay 30% of the rental price on making your booking (“the Deposit”). You can either pay using your credit card in Paypal, by Western Union or by bank transfer. We will send you all details once you request to proceed the reservation.

What is the Check-in time?

After 13:00 (01:00 p.m.)

What is the Check-out time?

Before 11:00

Can I make a reservation by phone?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After you have send us the deposit of 30%, you will receive an email confirmation on the email address provided during the reservation process. For future reference, please write or print any information exchanged.

Can I change my reservation?

You can always contact us to change the booking date. We will do our best to meet you. However, we do not accept any reservation changes less than 22 days before your arrival. According to our Reservation Policy below, the deposit is being withheld.

What about canceling my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge 22 days before your arrival date. If you decide to cancel less than 21 days before your arrival the Deposit fee will be withheld.
